Dr. R.S. Maheshwari practicing physician, philanthropist & Director of multispecialty hospital Lifeline Hospital Ludhiana (PB). He has been graduated and post graduated MD (PAED) from Gandhi Medical College Bhopal (MP).He has travelled extensively all over the world and invited as a speaker in many national & international conferences in the medical field. As a part of delegation of Cll, he has visited UK, Bangkok, Malaysia
Singapore and Dubai to explore the possibility of medical tourism in India. He has presented papers in “world cancer” conferences in Canada, USA & UK. As a philanthropist, he has organized more than 500 free medical camps in the northern part of India and completed RCH Project in Health Sector with UNICEF.
He has been honored by Planning Minister, Ministry of Planning, Government of India and Chief Minister of Rajasthan Hon'ble Vasundhra Raje Sindhia for his contribution in health sector. He has been involved in Government of India Programme "Skill India Mission” which comes under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and giving training to Indian youths in para medical field. More than 500 youths have been already trained in skill India Training Programme under his guidance. He was also the part of business delegation accompanied by Honorable Former President Of India “Pranab Mukherjee” to Sweden & with President of India Honorable Ram Nath Kovind to Bulgaria and Czech Republic. A conscientious and self-motivated doctor with great enthusiasm and determination to succeed have management skills who wants to learn more and more.
BUSINESS INTEREST IN RUSSIA
Dr. Maheshwari wants collaboration with Universities in the Field of Skill Development for Indian youths in paramedical field and also to explore the possibility of establishing wellness and yoga centers in Bulgaria and Czech Republic as well as interested to export Medicines in Pharmaceutical industry.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Worked with Health Administration Govt. of Punjab to organize various health programmes for the Urban Slums of the community.
- Worked in collaboration with World Health Organization in the field of cancer awareness, T.B. and AIDS Control Awareness and with “UNICEF” and “SOSVA” for Reproductive & Child Health (RCH) project.
