Dr. Shikha Maheshwari
Dr Shikha Maheshwari has done her BDS from Government Dental College Nagpur and MBA( HealthCare Management) from Symbiosis Pune. After Marriage she has joined the family business in 2010 and changed the whole scenario of family business to corporate world. She has joined as a corporate head of LifeLine Hospital started from scratch and now the hospital is having almost all the tie ups with all the industries, corporates & TPA’S Insurance Companies.
She is also very keen in quality of healthcare from the very first day and always wanted to make this hospital a NABH accredited hospital. After so many glitches and after long hard work she has achieved her goal and now the hospital is NABH accredited hospital.
Not only in healthcare, Dr Shikha Maheshwari has done wonders in the field of healthcare education. She has started a new division of healthcare education and started with all paramedical courses in 2016. She was having only 10 students in 2016 but after her hard work and perseverance she has achieved a new height of having more than 250 students in 2021 with in a short span of 5 years.
Lifeline Paramedical Institute is now one of the best in the industry for providing paramedical courses with practical training in all corporate hospitals.
She never stopped here and dream of doing something big she has started the healthcare programmes with Government of India with STAR Scheme and trained more than 500 students free of cost. She has started short term skill development programmes like GDA ( General Duty Assistant) and EMT ( Emergency Medical Technician) where students are being provided practical training in hospitals. The students are all placed in different hospitals and moreover hospitals are getting trained staff .
She is the one who has done projects with Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna 1 & 2 and provided training to more than 500 students free of cost.
In this covid times, she never stopped training and provided training to hospital staff every day as how to work with covid patients with proper safety and giving proper care to them.
